Scones with jam and cream

1 tablespoon powdered sugar
275 grams of flour
1 ½ tablespoon baking powder
220 milliliters of milk, plus some additional
30 grams unsalted butter, melted
jam and whipped cream lobed, for there



Preheat the oven to 200”C/390”F and grease a baking tray. Sift the sugar, flour and baking powder and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Add the milk and butter and mix quickly (do not stir too long) together. Knead the leftover dough together, press the dough and insert here laps, brush the top with a little milk and bake the scones for 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and nicely risen. Serve with jam and whipped cream.
